Catching a few "first" moments...

It has been a couple of months since our last post. Many things have happened. Here are a few pics of some "firsts" we had recently.

We can tell Brendan is going to be a handful, he is trying to skip the crawling phase and go straight to standing and walking.

This month has been pretty busy with lots of things to celebrate--between Mother's day and birthday parties (for me :) and Samantha's school buddies), we had plenty of opportunities to capture the memories!

Brendan couldn't wait to sit up and got the hang of it just before his 6 month bday...


It was trial and error for a while there...


With plenty of rest for the weary...

I did it!



It didn't take Brendan long to start getting mobile. Here he is just yesterday showing off how he can make it across the floor in no time. All he needs is to lock in on the target.
But in this case, he doesn't get to enjoy the fruits of his labor..... thanks to jia jia >:o



When she's not busy messing with her brother, Samantha has been practicing her tricycle riding...

What we've been up to...

We've been so busy since our last post that we've been neglecting to update our blog! So by popular demand, here are a few new pics--capturing some "firsts" in the last couple of months.

Samantha's first big snowstorm and snowman (and she learned what a "snow day" was!):

Since we were both occupied with getting Brendan's hair cut, Samantha was gracious enough to capture the "during" shots for us...



Brendan did great...seemed like he enjoyed getting the attention. Plus, it's really helped to clear up his problem with 'cradle cap.'
