Spring outings...

At the end of April, we had an inkling for cake, so we had a half birthday for Samantha...

Ringling Brothers were in town, so we went down to Virginia to see the elephants, motorcycles and acrobats...

At the end of the month, Dan, Vicky and Tristan came to the east coast to visit along with Grandma and Grandpa.  Here we are at Sweet Green in Bethesda, after picking up some Gtown cupcakes across the street...

We stopped by market where everyone still recognized DoBaBa and MaNia from their weekly stand they had there for years...

A trip up to Baltimore to see the harbor, and have a crab feast at Obrycki's...

For Mommy's birthday, we went to Melting Pot for Fondue.  It was quite the steamy meal...

The annual memorial day parade and fair at Rockville Town Center right next to NaiNai and YeYe's place...

More visitors at the beginning of June when Vishal, Allison, and family came to MD during their east coast tour.  Here is Jay, Sam, and B at the tower at the Air and Space Museum next to Dulles...

That weekend, we headed up to PA along with our friends to visit Sesame Place.  We got to say hi to all the Sesame Street pals...

We got a whole bunch of snow again this year and had enough to make an even better sledding hill and jump out back.  We also had tubes this year to make the ride much faster.  Here's the kids catching some air out back on the tubes...

In Feb, we had an early celebration of Uncle Jr's bday and everyone drove down from NJ to help celebrate...

A trip to the air and space museum during a Kite-themed weekend.  Here are S & B during a story time about kite flying in India.  To get in the mood they each put on the appropriate garb.

To watch the cherry blossoms, we took a cruise with Brendan's friend Jaina and her parents and grandma.  There were nice views of the cherry blossoms from the Potomac, and also of National Airport, watching the planes fly in and out...

Christmas in Cali...

Last year we headed out for a west coast tour over the winter holidays, hitting the snow over xmas in Tahoe with the Phams, east coast and norcal Laus, and the TALLL Laus. Then down to SD to visit the SAKAJs, DVTs, and MJs.  It was our first chance to meet baby Tristan in person.

Before flying out, we made a trip out to Brookside gardens for their festival of lights...

After a full day of ski instruction, the kids get a snowmobile ride back to the base lodge.  This year Leo, Samantha, and Lance took ski classes, and all had a great time.  In this picture, Leo is in the front row, and Lance is in the 2nd row on the end.
