BBBB!!

Baby Boy Brendan is Born! We are happy to announce our newest little (well, not so little) addition, Brendan Yin Lau. He came in at a whopping 8lbs 9.8oz and both mommy and baby are back home now and doing well.

Annette's water broke on Tuesday morning 9/30 at 7:30am. We roused Samantha up from bed and we all headed straight to the hospital. While we checked in, NaiNai and YeYe met us there and picked up Samantha and she was able to still make it to school on time.

We hung out in Labor and Delivery for several hours while the labor continued to progress and contractions grew in frequency and strength. In the meantime, YeYe picked up Ba Ngoai and Ong Ngoai at the airport just in time to see their new grandson.

At 3:25, Annette was a full 10cm and ready to start pushing. After about 20 mins, interestingly the same amount of time it took for Samantha, Brendan Yin Lau was born at 3:43pm.
